At circledna.com, a dynamic marketing platform with over 600K monthly active users, we embarked on a transformative journey. Originally built using Webflow, we sought to enhance its performance and scalability. This led us to undertake a complete rebuild using Next.js 13, incorporating app routing for optimal performance.

As the project lead, I took on the responsibility of overseeing the entire project's delivery. I played a co-architectural role in shaping key development and deployment decisions. Remarkably, we accomplished the entire project within seven-week timeframe.

Our migration achieved significant milestones, including:

1. Performance Boost: We achieved an impressive web performance score of over 95%. This was made possible by strategically implementing server components while minimizing client-side components, focusing on essential user interactions.

2. Multilingual Support (I18N): To cater to a global audience, we seamlessly supported five languages: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Leveraging the i18next library, we ensured a cohesive experience across both server and client components. Additionally, as a future objective, we explored integrating a CMS, and I have already conducted a successful proof of concept using Strapi.

3. Automation Excellence: We harnessed our in-house APIs to streamline and automate weekly marketing campaigns.
